This Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement") sets forth the legally binding terms for your use of the Darling Nightmare Models (DNM) Services. By using the DNM Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, whether you are a "Visitor" (which means that you simply browse the Web site) or you are a "Member" (which means that you have registered with DarlingNightmare.com). The term "User" refers to a Visitor or a Member. You are only authorized to use the DNM Services (regardless of whether your access or use is intended) if you agree to abide by all applicable laws and to this Agreement. Please read this Agreement carefully and save it. If you do not agree with it, you should leave the DNM Web site and discontinue use of the Services immediately. If you wish to become a Member you must read this Agreement during the Registration process. The terms can change at any time. It is therefore important that you review this Agreement regularly to ensure you are updated as to any changes as you are still bound to follow them.

Fees. You acknowledge that DarlingNightmare.com is a charged service and can change its fees from time to time in its discretion. If DarlingNightmare.com terminates your Membership because you have breached the Agreement, you shall not be entitled to the refund of any unused portion of subscription fees.

DarlingNightmare.com will not be held liable for anything as it is members choice to display the information they do including pictures and names. We do advise that you don't give out any personal information such as telephone numbers or addresses but those who do must accept responsibility. This information will not be shown on the site anyway as i monitor anything wrote. Any problems do feel free to email me but accept that i am not responsible or liable for any member.

Please do not lie about your age. If I believe you are under the age of 16, You could well be denied an account.

The only way you can change your profile is through me, so please choose information that will be valid for a long time and choose pics that you are happy to keep as I will not have the time to look through and change them constantly later. However occasionally/rarely is fine and i will try to change your information/pics as soon as possible.

Remember any transition on pay pal is down to pay pal and i will not be liable for mistakes made although shall help sort it out with pay pal if that unlikely situation occurs. All money you do pay to pay pal in order to join this site should be your own or you should have permission of the person whos' money you are using.
